Alejandra at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We went on a particularly snowy day and she made it amazing. She was very informative and upfront about the condition of the castle and ensured we’d have the best tour which we did! The castle itself is absolutely stunning and a must see.

Our family loved our visit to Casa Loma! My husband enjoyed seeing the movie location stuff, my kids thought it was cool to walk around the castle, and I enjoyed the history of the building and the grounds were beautiful. I wasn't super impressed with Toronto, so this was the saving grace!

Best thing I did in Toronto hands down! The castle is massive and you have access to so much. Very interactive, a lot of walking and stairs. The towers have very narrow spiral stairs so be aware of that since it’s the only way up. Every time I thought I was done I would find another floor or room to explore. Easily spend 2-3 hours here.

It's a big, beautiful place with a lot of things to look at. It was clean and well-kept. There was no guide required, it was a self tour with the city pass tickets

Amazing place. One of the best I have ever visited. 98 rooms build in 1914 after three years hard work of 300 men. Ticket is a bit pricey but otherwise a must to see!

Allow time to thoroughly explore this beautiful estate. We did not so I feel we missed lots of opportunity to experience treasure. We were on a group trip with a bus and parking was difficult. I imagine parking overall in this area would be challenging.

It was amazing, the view great from the Towers. Underground tunnels really took you back in time. Everything was spectacular even the Lunch In the garden. Took lots of pictures.
